This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and subscription changes are handled on the Whip platform. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Plans

Whip operates on a subscription-based model. Fees are billed in advance based on the selected plan and billing cycle (monthly or annually).

Subscription fees grant access to the platform and its features during the active subscription period.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Access to the platform will remain available until the subscription period expires.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.

To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team or use the cancellation option within the platform (if available).

3. Refund Policy

Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, unused features, or early cancellation.
  • This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

Setup Fees & One-Time Charges

  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, customisation work, and one-time charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Any custom development or configuration is billed based on agreed scope and cannot be refunded after delivery.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges due to system error
  • Incorrect billing caused by our platform

Any approved refunds will be processed at our discretion and issued to the original payment method.

5. Downgrades & Plan Changes

  • Customers may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plans.
  • Plan changes will take effect in the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
  • Any price differences will be applied accordingly at renewal.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

Whip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription periods.
  • Access to data may be restricted in accordance with applicable policies.

7. Data Retention After Cancellation

  • After cancellation, customer data may be retained for a limited period for compliance, backup, or legal purposes.
  • Customers are responsible for exporting their data before the subscription ends.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
