Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the platform to:

• Conduct or facilitate illegal activities
• Sell prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal goods or services
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or deceptive business practices
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

2. Payment & Transaction Misuse

As a point-of-sale and business system, Whip processes transaction and operational data.

You must not:

• Manipulate transaction records to misrepresent revenue or business activity
• Use the system to generate fake, misleading, or fraudulent transactions
• Attempt to bypass payment or billing controls
• Use the platform to process transactions unrelated to legitimate business operations

3. Account Security & Access

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Ensuring that authorised users comply with this Policy
• Managing user access appropriately within your organisation

You must not:

• Share accounts between unrelated businesses
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Circumvent security or authentication measures

4. System Integrity & Platform Abuse

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Conduct automated scraping or data extraction without permission
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the proper functioning of the system
• Use the platform in a way that degrades performance for other users

5. Data Misuse

You may not:

• Access or attempt to access data that does not belong to your organisation
• Export, sell, or misuse data obtained through the platform
• Use the Services to violate the privacy rights of employees, customers, or third parties

6. Prohibited Content & Activities

Whip may restrict or prohibit use of the platform for businesses involved in:

• Illegal gambling
• Controlled or illegal substances
• Weapons or hazardous materials (where prohibited by law)
• Counterfeit goods
• Any activity deemed high-risk, fraudulent, or harmful

We reserve the right to determine, at our discretion, whether a business activity violates this Policy.

7. Excessive or Abnormal Usage

To maintain system stability and fairness for all customers:

• Excessive API calls, automated scripts, or abnormal system usage may be limited.
• Activities that significantly impact infrastructure performance may result in account review or suspension.

8. Enforcement & Consequences

If we believe a violation of this Policy has occurred, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Suspend access to the Services
• Terminate the account
• Restrict certain features
• Report unlawful activities to relevant authorities

In cases of serious violations, action may be taken immediately without prior notice.

No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to Policy violations.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
