Billing Policy

1. Subscription & Fees

  • Whip POS is billed on a yearly subscription basis.
  • Fees must be paid in advance before service activation.
  • Subscription starts on the date of activation.
  • Hardware is billed separately (one-time purchase).
  • Add-ons (extra outlet, extra user, etc.) are billed additionally.

2. Payment Terms

Payment due within 7 days from invoice date.

Late payment may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Access restriction
  • Late charges (if applicable)

3. Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
  • If service is terminated mid-cycle, remaining days are not refundable.
  • Hardware purchases are non-refundable unless defective.

4. Plan Changes

  • Upgrade: charged pro-rated
  • Downgrade: applied next billing cycle
  • Add-on: billed immediately

5. Suspension & Termination

Whip may suspend account if:

  • Payment overdue
  • Misuse of system
  • Fraudulent activity

Data retention policy example:

  • Data retained for 30 days after suspension
  • Permanently deleted after 60 days

6. Hardware Warranty

  • Hardware warranty: 6–12 months (manufacturer dependent)
  • Does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse.
